Hanging Man

A Japanese candlestick pattern signaling a possible bearish reversal. This pattern is formed by a single candlestick consisting of a long lower shadow that is two to three times longer than the real body of the candle. The body of the candle is usually very small. Another prerequisite for this pattern is a preceding uptrend before the formation of the hanging man candlestick pattern.
