Important CFD trading information

The Anthropic Pre-IPO Share CFD lets you speculate on Anthropic’s implied share price before it goes public. NAGA sets the price using its own methodology, in the absence of an underlying market. The CFD provides price exposure only.

Trading this CFD does not give you ownership of, or any right to, Anthropic shares, voting rights, dividends or any allocation in Anthropic’s IPO.

Anthropic’s IPO may be delayed, repriced or not take place.

NAGA is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Anthropic PBC.

How does the Anthropic Pre-IPO CFD work?

STEP 1

Open a position before Anthropic lists

Trade Anthropic’s implied share valuation through a standard CFD trading account.

Subsequent quotations may reflect updated valuations, financing developments, market conditions and other relevant information.

STEP 2

Trade movements in the implied share price

Clients can take long or short positions based on their expectations of Anthropic’s future valuation.

The broker provides bid and ask quotations using its established pricing methodology, subject to market conditions, liquidity considerations and applicable trading restrictions.

STEP 3

Transition to the listed Anthropic Share CFD

Following Anthropic’s IPO, eligible open Pre-IPO CFD positions will be converted into positions referencing Anthropic’s publicly traded shares.

The conversion will be performed using the applicable share-adjustment methodology to preserve the economic exposure of existing positions, subject to the final IPO terms and any relevant corporate actions.

The listed share CFD will subsequently be priced using the underlying exchange-traded share price.

What is an Anthropic Pre-IPO Share CFD?

An Anthropic Pre-IPO Share CFD is an over-the-counter derivative that allows clients to speculate on changes in Anthropic’s implied equity value before its shares become publicly traded.

The product references an estimated per-share valuation rather than an exchange-traded share price.

According to Anthropic’s S-1 registration statement, 846,840,960 Class N common shares represented 5% of its fully diluted share capital as of June 30, 2026, assuming full conversion of the Amazon Notes.

The share count may be adjusted following subsequent issuances, conversions, corporate actions or updated company disclosures.

The CFD does not provide ownership rights, voting rights or entitlement to participate in Anthropic’s IPO.

Frequently asked questions

Anthropic’s shares aren’t traded on any exchange yet, so the CFD uses an implied share price. NAGA calculates this price using its own methodology, based on Anthropic’s publicly disclosed share capital and NAGA’s estimate of its valuation.
