Sector Rotation

An investment model for stocks. A sector refers to a group of similar stocks, and it’s known that different sectors perform differently during each business cycle of the economy. The sector rotation approach aims at allocating more funds to the sectors that are currently outperforming the rest of the sectors. It is considered active investing since it needs periodic readjustment.
