Latter Top
The latter top is a five-candle bearish reversal formation pattern that occurs at the end of a bullish trend especially at a resistance area. The latter top is formed when there are three consecutive bullish candles with long bodies with their own corresponding Open and Close price above the Open and Close price of the previous candle respectively. They are followed by a fourth candle that has a bullish short body with a long lower wick, where a fifth candle of a long bearish body gaps below the real body of the previous candle.
