How to deposit funds?
You can fund your account with all major credit cards, cryptocurrencies, or alternative payment methods. To make a deposit follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your account and make sure you’ve upgraded it
  2. Click “Fund Account” and choose the deposit method
  3. Enter the amount of your investment
  4. Confirm your deposit
Is funding your account safe?
Yes, depositing money into your account is absolutely safe, private and secure. All transactions are communicated using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, ensuring that your personal information is kept safe.
Payment methods information
We accept a wide range of payment methods including credit cards, wire transfers, cryptocurrencies and alternative payment methods.

Is there a minimum first-time deposit?
No, there's no minimum amount required for first-time deposits.

Usually, new traders deposit from €200 to €500 to try out the platform before the second funding.

Please note: To deposit funds to your account you have to upgrade your account to Live.
Which currencies are supported?
You can open a NAGA account in one of 4 fiat currencies or 4 cryptocurrencies:

  • USD — United States Dollar
  • EUR — Euro
  • GBP — Pound sterling
  • PLN — Polish złoty
  • NGC — NAGA Coin
  • BTC — Bitcoin
  • ETH — Ethereum/li>
  • BNB — Binance Coin

You can make a deposit in the currency of your account or in any other currency supported by the payment method you're using. The exchange rate (if applicable) will be calculated on the day the deposit was processed into your account.
How to deposit with a credit/debit card?
To deposit using a credit/debit card, please select the “Credit/Debit Card” in the deposit menu, and enter the following details:

  • Card number
  • Expiration date
  • CVV2/CVC2 (3 digits on the reverse side of your credit/debit card)
Within minutes, your account should be credited with the funds. If your request is not approved for any reason, you will be notified via email.
How to deposit via wire transfer?
To deposit using a wire transfer, please select the “Wire Transfer” in the deposit menu, and copy the banking details of the transfer.
Please note: wire transfer deposits can take up to 4-7 business days. Your NAGA trading account will be credited once the transfer has been confirmed by our bank. The exchange rate (if applicable) will be calculated on the day the deposit was processed into your account.
How to deposit using Neteller?
To deposit using Neteller, please select “Neteller” from the alternative payment methods
in the deposit menu, and follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Neteller account.
  2. Review the transaction details.
  3. Confirm the payment.

Within minutes your trading account should be credited. If for any reason your request is not approved, you will be notified by email.
How to deposit using Skrill?
To deposit using Skrill, please select “Skrill” from the alternative payment methods
in the deposit menu, and follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Skrill account.
  2. Review the transaction details.
  3. Confirm the payment.

How to deposit using Giropay?
To deposit using Giropay, please select “Giropay” from the alternative payment methods
in the deposit menu, and follow these steps:

Within minutes your trading account should be credited. If for any reason your request is not approved, you will be notified by email.
How many times can I deposit funds to NAGA?
There're no limits on the number of deposits to your NAGA account. You can top up
 your account as many times as you want.
Can I deposit funds under another person’s credit card or name?
No, NAGA does NOT accept any deposits from any third parties. Payments can only be made from an account that has the same name as the one on the client's trading account due to the current regulations.
