Engulfing Pattern (Bearish)
A Japanese candlestick pattern signaling a possible bearish reversal. This pattern is formed by two candlesticks during an uptrend or at a resistance area. A Bearish Engulfing Pattern is formed by a small bullish candle followed by a big bearish candle. The body of the bearish candle completely contains (engulfs) the body of the small bullish candle.
